For blow out I increased my ISO and Shutter Speed. Yes because it gave me the perfect effect of the white. Another way I could have created this photo was to just have her face the sun and do the same with my ISO and Shutter speed.
Panning is capturing movement by being insinc with your subject by only giving them the shinning light and blurring everything else. The subject should be clear however every other color should be lines and blurred. I think for my first time I did a good job. I could have done a better job changing my long shutter speed to a shorter one. what made panning difficult was being insinc with my subject.
